Natsuyo is also the bestselling author of The Success Blueprint , which she co‐wrote with world‐renowned business speaker, Brian Tracy. She is also the author of 20Ji Ni Sogiotose (“Say It in 20 Words”) in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, as well as Story Ni Otoshikome (“Motivate with Your Own Story”) in Japanese. 20Ji Ni Sogiotose was awarded “The Top 10 business Books of the Year” in 2021. Her book in English, Uncover Your Message: The 3-Step Process for Presenting Your Ideas Effectively and Persuasively, Globally and Locally, is scheduled to be published in the summer of 2024.
Natsuyo began her career at a top Japanese trading company, ITOCHU International in New York. Natsuyo then received her MBA from New York University and held a Management Consultant position at McKinsey & Company .
Today, Natsuyo is the Managing Principal of her strategy consulting firm, ASPIRE Intelligence, as well as an Executive Consultant for Breakthrough Speaking, a global public speaking consultancy. She also serves as the first Asian board of director at the National Speakers Association New York City chapter.
She also served as the first Asian board director at the National Speakers Association New York City chapter from 2021 to 2024, and a recipient of the 2023 NSANYC Member of the Year award. In 2024, she became the first Japanese to receive the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association.
Outside of work, Natsuyo is a competitive ballroom Latin dance national finalist, a proud mother of a pre-teen daughter who’s a model and competitive figure skater, and a breast cancer survivor .
For 30 years Erich has used his knowledge of five languages and his expertise in global supply chain management to benefit clients he works with. His ability to successfully streamline, strategize, and communicate complex cross-cultural business issues enables him to help numerous companies succeed in the global marketplace.
Originally from Germany, Erich was first exposed to Japan at the age of 17 when he participated in a student exchange program .
In 2005 he merged his interests in Japan and business when he received a Master’s degree in Japanese Business and International Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen’s City University of Applied Sciences
In 2015, after working for Japanese heavy equipment manufacturer Komatsu for 11 years, Erich founded Japan Business Consulting (“JBC”) in Miami, Florida to facilitate trade between North America, Japan, and Europe. JBC enjoys a reputation for helping its clients profitably access new markets in a variety of industries.
In 2022, Erich joined a Japanese and English bilingual Toastmasters club , where he honed global public speaking skills. At Breakthrough Speaking , Erich serves as a Junior Consultant to help clients present and communicate effectively across cultures.
On a personal note, Erich is a health enthusiast at heart and is constantly trying to improve health and longevity through the 5 areas of sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management and supplements. Erich lives in Miami, FL with his Ecuadorian wife Eliza, and their two children.
For over two decades, Cindy has been a bridge between cultures, leveraging her expertise in language and communication to empower individuals. Her journey towards becoming an English Communication and Accent Specialist is a testament to her commitment to helping people overcome language barriers and excel in the global arena.
Cindy embarked on her professional journey in Sendai, Japan, as part of the prestigious JET Programme. From 2002 to 2004, she served as a High School teacher, immersing herself in Japanese culture and language.
Upon her return to the United States, Cindy found herself at Nissha USA, where she dedicated herself to assisting her Japanese colleagues in enhancing their listening and communication skills. This experience sparked her passion for facilitating effective cross-cultural communication.
Her quest to make a broader impact led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, which she achieved in 2015 from Marquette University. Armed with this expertise, Cindy was well-equipped to address the unique challenges of individuals striving for clear and confident communication.
Cindy believes that accents are not something you reduce. It’s your uniqueness that can be enhanced. Through her comprehensive approach to accent coaching, she has empowered countless individuals to improve their pronunciation, understanding, and overall English-speaking abilities.
