For years, I believed communication was about speaking perfect English.
I later realized it was about something much deeper:
Feeling safe enough to use your voice.
That shift changed my life.
It’s also one of the reasons I’m honored to speak at the in New York City this Saturday.
Many talented people stay quiet not because they lack ideas,
but because they fear judgment, mistakes, accents, or not sounding “good enough.”
I understand that feeling personally.
Finding your voice changes more than communication.
It changes how you lead, connect, and show up in the world.
Only a few days left until the conference.
If you’ll be there, come catch me live and say hello. I’d love to meet you.
