Getting featured is nice.
But what matters more to me is why this article was included.
Because the conversation around diversity often stays at the surface level:
nationality, language, background.
But real inclusion starts when we recognize that every person carries a unique mix of experiences, beliefs, communication styles, and perspectives.
That’s the idea behind The Culture of One™.
I’m grateful to have this concept featured in the special issue of The University Grapevine alongside educators, researchers, and global voices who are helping create more human-centered learning environments.
My article explores how understanding individual culture, not just group culture, helps us become more inclusive, caring, and well-rounded in diverse spaces.
Thank you to Robert Stroud and the Culture Club community for creating spaces where people from different backgrounds can truly connect, learn, and be seen.
The future of global communication is not about sounding the same.
It’s about learning how to understand each other better.
